Bio
Life can be overwhelming. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a life of deep joy and connection, and that sometimes we need help to find and access it. I am proud to be a part of that linkage helping you to overcome, grow, and thrive through a commitment to helping others improve their mental health. The backbone of my practice is built from my background in attachment theory, existentialism, and narrative therapy. Yet, I approach each person as a unique individual, and as such will tailor our meetings based on your individual needs. I feel blessed to be a part of each person’s journey.
