I provide in-person appointments in Newport Beach, CA, as well as teletherapy for individuals and couples.
I work with teens, adults, and couples through the many challenges life can bring, and most often see clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidality, self-harming behaviors, gender and sexual identity concerns, interpersonal struggles, and family issues.
My approach draws from attachment theory, existentialism, narrative therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. I tailor our work together to your individual needs and, for clients who desire it, welcome the integration of faith into the therapeutic process.
We are meant for connection, but life has a way of getting complicated. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns we cannot seem to shift, or disconnected from ourselves and the people we love.
Therapy does not always have to mean years of digging. Sometimes we need support for a difficult season, a relationship, a loss, or a change we did not see coming. Other times, there are deeper patterns worth understanding and working through.
I offer a space that is warm, thoughtful, curious, and real. We can make room for the hard things without making every moment feel heavy, and work together toward greater understanding, connection, and a life that feels more like your own.
